Built a new venture together with Lufthansa Cargo in Germany by spinning off a technology asset, which became a same-day delivery service called Liefery. This was later bought by German logistics firm Hermes in an M&A deal.

Together with Swisscom and Coop, Siroop was launched as an eCommerce marketplace in Switzerland. The startup was later acquired.

Together with a large beverage distribution company, BottlesXO was built as a new proposition in Shanghai to receive great-quality wines within 60 minutes or less. The venture later scaled into Hong Kong, Singapore and Suzhou, raising over $6 million in funding.
