How do you bring urgency and personal investment in the fight against Parkinson's disease? We wanted to dive deeply into the stories of those affected, both patients and loved ones. As a rallying cry, the campaign is a series of handwritten letters from real people, addressed to the disease itself.

By the year 2030, the world’s population is expected to grow by another billion people. We helped PepsiCo launch the branded initiative “Recipe for the Next Billion” to engage its consumers and stakeholders — starting a dialogue on sustainable, responsible solutions for feeding those people.

A new innovation lab within Microsoft was formed to create new software that would scale up to solve industry-wide issues. We encapsulated the group’s mission in the name “Industry & Customer Success” — or “INC.” — then activated the brand by illustrating it as micro/macro scenes of key industries.

Values & Ethos

I’m an amoeba. I have a very porous membrane, suited to learn and absorb from those around me — because to be an effective creative leader, one must collaborate well both inside and outside of the creative team. Neol empowers organizations through this same spirit of collaboration and fluidity. With the Neol platform, business leaders can quickly alter the size and shape of their approach to each unique challenge they face — like the amoeba.
