I've been interested in animal welfare for more than forty years. As an aside, I run a side-gig producing vegan food, called Matt's Wicked Vegan food. I'm a strong believer in animal rights.

Virgin Atlantic was curious to explore whether digital technologies could greatly enhance the passenger experience. After completing ethnographic research a number of opportunities were identified which were brought to life - for real - on an plane flying between London & Boston on Christmas eve.
