In the second half of 2020, we set to redesign Oikos. Consumers were exhausted from boring yogurt: maverick was the path. Silk was born in 1977 in Boulder, CO; plant-based brands have since exploded. We worked in uniquely human ways. We prototyped and roadmapped concurrently while rebuilding the brand, plant by plant piece, in a design language unique to Silk's legacy. (Credits: Danone In-House and goDutch)

Values & Ethos

Neal proves that the current agency model needs to be fixed; I've seen it firsthand from my in-house leadership experience. The future of the creative industry resides in a decentralized model that allows for custom-built teams created with a common purpose; the future of creative leadership resides in the growth of human-based skills - especially empathy - so that the humans around each challenge can thrive in fear-free creative environments.
