Food waste is one of the number one emitters in the world yet every year millions of people in underserved communities end up below the poverty line without access to healthy, nutritious food. I have worked with brilliant organisations in this space whether it be waste or responsible production enough to understand that this is a solvable challenge but often lacks an empathetic systems approach to the problem.
